We were first established on 3rd October, 1977 as a sole proprietorship by Dato’ Choong Phooi Ying and were reconstituted as a partnership comprising 3 partners effective from 3rd October, 2003. In the area of litigation, we focus on injunctions and other complex legal matters as well as on dispute resolution while in the area of non-litigation, we focus on corporate/commercial agreements and banking/conveyancing matters.
